1. Cancellations

1.1 Have you placed an order but wish to modify or cancel it?
Please send an email as soon as possible to info@averneandco.com, including your order number and the reason for cancellation.

1.2 Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you can return the package after delivery by following our return procedure below.

1.3 Please note that shipments from our international warehouses may have longer delivery times. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.


2. Return Policy

2.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the item meets our return conditions.

2.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is undamaged and unworn.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

2.4 Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

2.5 Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

3.1 Have you received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@averneandco.com, including photos of the item and your order number.

3.2 We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Send an email to info@averneandco.com including:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

    • (Optional) a photo if the product is damaged or incorrect

  2. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the parcel using a trackable shipping method to the provided return address.

Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within a few days.


5. Important Information

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.
