As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering that experience.


What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at Averne & Co., you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
You’ll assist them with questions about orders, shipping, returns, and products.
You will respond to emails and messages and ensure that every customer feels supported and valued.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email or chat

  • Providing advice and information about our clothing and collections

  • Checking order status and delivery progress

  • Assisting with returns or complaints

  • Sharing ideas to improve our customer service experience
